Very dated hotel. May have been nice 20 years ago.

Landmine in the Tampa East Section. Room was very dated. By at least 15-20 years. Was overall clean, but everything was old. Weird set up, business located within 1-2 second floors in office suites. My room on second floor - thought that was weird that customers had access to same corridors as guest. ...read more

The hotel was beautiful and very festive.
The airport shuttle did not run 24 hrs a day and taking a cab to airport cost $50.

I love crowne plaza hotels and this one was equally stunning inside (as always, ugly outside, nice inside). Everyone was super kind and the hotel was clean, beautiful and a very great value.

That it was close to ford amphitheater and they provided shuttle even though we missed it and ended up cabbing it.
No major restaurant chains in immediate area, hotel restaurant wasn't open at check in only open for breakfast and lunch.

Fun for going to concert at the Ford Amphitheater.
Hotel food pricey and just OK.

We love staying at this hotel for its convenience to the Ford Amphitheater for attending concerts party at the pool, shuttle service to the concert venue! Beds are comfortable and rooms quiet. They have cut back: used to give you a little treat on check-in i.e. chocolates, jelly beans, etc. Not anymore!

Convenient to Ford Amphitheater and very friendly staff.

This hotel was very clean and conveniently located to the Ford Amphitheater. The hotel staff was very friendly. They shuttled us to the Amphitheater for a concert and even stayed late to ensure everyone was picked up from the concert. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future. ...read more
